Ingredients

  • 100ml Orange Juice
  • 100g Light Brown Sugar
  • 250g Cranberries
  • 1 Clementine 
  • Brandy/Sloe Gin (optional)

 


Method

Simply heat the orange juice in a pan with the light brown sugar until boiling.

Add the cranberries and the zest of a clementine and simmer for 5 mins on a low heat until tender.

At this point we like to dash of brandy or sloe gin since it’s Christmas!

Once cooled the sauce will thicken and can be kept for a week in the fridge or can be frozen until needed.
